    The beautiful pools and direct beach access. Staff was friendly.

    Despite the fine surroundings, reaching different hotel facilities felt cumbersome due to the size and necessary golf cart transfers.

    When I am in Sanya, I like staying here. This is a business fairly clean hotel providing reasonably spacious and beautifully designed rooms. The atmosphere of the venue is special! It has motivated staff who are absolutely perfect and very service minded and particularly good and stunning location to Club Intercontinental beach front exclusive area. The onsite bar is executive, the barmen offers alcoholic drinks.

    With the beach just steps away, my family, including our teens, loved snorkeling and exploring the gorgeous marine life right outside our room. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a huge variety that kept everyone happy. Plus, the atmosphere during the live music nights made dining by the sea a nice treat.

    For dads, it would be great if the pool was heated.

    Enjoyed our stay. Staff and customer service was excellent. Not the best value for money considering location/beach condition. Excellent design.

    We loved the spacious rooms and enjoyed relaxing at the multiple pools. The club lounge was perfect for our needs. The easy access to snorkeling was an added adventure we didn't expect!

    One downside was that the beach access was quite rocky and not as convenient as we hoped, making it tricky to get into the water.

    The Beautiful Twin Room with Ocean View was spacious and super comfy. Huge windows let in tons of light and you can almost hear the waves from your bed. Had a nice view of the ocean and the palm trees, which just made the whole vibe perfect. Bed was cozy, and the furnishings felt upscale. Cleaning staff did a great job keeping it tidy too.

    would like to stay longer

    The beach view from my Classic Room was just amazing. The room was spacious and felt upscale, with air conditioning and a private balcony. I loved the breakfast buffet with tons of choices and the fresh croissants. The outdoor pools were fantastic, and the spa offered a nice couples massage. Staff like Alan were super helpful.

    The views from my Classic Room was like a postcard come to life, with the ocean glistening right outside my window. I was spoiled for choice with multiple dining options and indulged in the live music during buffet dinner by the sea. The beach access made it easy to snorkel and explore vibrant marine life just steps away from my room.
